Porch Party FAQ
1) How Do I set up and Request to Host a Porch Party in my Home?
Fill out the request form to the left. We will then have a staff member contact you to confirm that the date/time will work.
2) Once My Porch Party is confirmed how do we register?
All guests will click the register & Pay tab at the top of our website. This will take them to the payment page. They will find your name/date, click and pick which project they wish to do and pay. Hostesses will register and pay AFTER all guests have been confirmed to give us time to calculate any discounts earned. He/She will do the same steps as above but look for the HOSTESS PAYMENT box instead.
3) Is there a minimum of guests required?
Yes we ask for a minimum of 8 guests per class and a max depends on the space you have available.
4) Is there a deadline for registrations?
Yes ALL registration needs to be complete 3 weeks prior to the class date. This insure we can prepare and ship all products, materials etc. to the hostess in time for your class. Any registrations that come in after this deadline will be charged a $25 late fee.
5) Are there hostess discounts?
Yes, we want to THANK YOU for hosting a Porch Party in your home. So, ANY guests over the 8 minimum YOU will receive $5 off your project cost.
6) Is Porch Parties available in my area?
We are currently OPEN in the following Towns...
Absarokee - Baker - Billings - Bozeman - Columbus- Fairfield - Havre- Helena - Laurel - Plentywood -Red Lodge. If you know of someone that would be a good fit we are always looking to opening more areas with more guest instructors. Contact us for details.
