Built for CommunityThe Front Porch was created with a simple vision—to bring people together. Located in Laurel, Montana, just outside Billings, our space was designed to feel welcoming, comfortable, and connected.
This isn’t just a venue. It’s a place where relationships grow, ideas are shared, and community thrives. Cheryl has been the owner of The Front Porch for the past 10 year. What started off as two moms creating signs in their garage for extra Christmas cash quickly turned into a dream to offer a gather space for the community. In the beginning she partnered with Sarah and The Front Porch was born. From going from a tiny room that could only hold 10 people to what we offer today is nothing more than a blessing.
Each year The Front Porch expanded and the need for a bigger gather place become a need for our community. We once only offered creative classes instructed by Sarah or Cheryl. Now after over 10years in business we have expanded to several creative instructors who are classes to our community. The Gather space has also expanding into a Venue rental for private community events, meetings and parties. Community members can rent out the space for their own gathering needs. When the currently building was bought Cheryl and Sarah were also able to expand by offering a boutique and gift shop for our local crafters and business owners to showcase their own unique products. We now have over 12 local vendors who offer amazing products for gifts to our community. In 2021 Cheryl became sole owner of The Front Porch, when Sarah decide to go back into education as a career. At this time Robin, owner of Sweet Pea Boutique became boutique Manager and helps Cheryl manage that side of the business. Cheryl's foundation will always stay the same, put God first and provide a gathering place for our community to shop, do life and celebrate life's moments. |
